1. Policy and operator The Site is primarily for viewing a card database. We do not offer membership registration that collects personal information such as name or email address. This policy applies to all pages under this domain, including the landing page. Operator: PTCGP DB Contact: contact form at /contact 2. Information stored on your device Some usage state is stored in your browser’s localStorage: - UI language - Search tab state (search conditions, column visibility and order, view format) - Per-mode column defaults and user column presets - Card lists and list display settings - User tag definitions and assignments - Solo play board state, session, log, memos, and pane layout settings This information generally remains on your device and is not sent to our servers for the purpose of identifying you. You can delete it by clearing your browser storage. 3. Server communication The Site requests our API to display public card data. These requests do not include personal information such as your name or contact details. 4. Contact form If you use the contact form (/contact), we receive your name (optional), email address, and message on our servers. We use this information only to reply and handle your enquiry. Notification emails are sent via Resend (Resend, Inc.) to the operator’s Gmail account. 5. Cookies and advertising The Site does not set its own tracking cookies. However, the Site uses Google AdSense, and Google and third-party ad vendors may use cookies, advertising identifiers, and similar technologies to serve, display, and measure ads. You can turn off ad personalization at Google Ad Settings (https://myadcenter.google.com/). To opt out of use by third-party vendors, see https://www.aboutads.info/choices/. You may also block cookies in your browser settings, though this can affect how some parts of the Site appear. For how Google uses cookies in advertising, see https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. 6. Data transmitted to third parties The following information is sent from your device to a third party (disclosed in accordance with Japan’s Telecommunications Business Act external transmission rules). Recipient: Google LLC (Google AdSense) Information sent: cookie and similar identifiers, IP address, browser and device information (such as user agent), URLs of pages viewed, and ad impression and click data Purpose: serving and optimizing ads, measuring impressions and clicks, and preventing invalid activity Recipient’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy Opt-out: use the settings pages listed in section 5. Consent and advertising When advertising is enabled, Google’s certified CMP is used to request consent where required. Where the CMP offers a message for your region, you can revisit it using “Ad consent settings” in the footer. Ad delivery is limited according to consent and applicable requirements. Non-personalized advertising can also require consent for cookies; declining consent does not automatically authorize it. 8. Analytics When enabled, Google Analytics measures site usage to help us improve the Site. We load the analytics tag only after our consent integration confirms that analytics consent is granted or is not required for the request. If that status is unavailable, the tag is not loaded. Data may include page URLs, device information and cookie identifiers; it should not be understood as necessarily anonymous. Google processes this data under its privacy policy. You may change available consent choices or disable cookies in your browser. 9. Contact, access, and deletion You can review and delete on-device data by clearing your browser storage. For questions about this policy, please use the contact address above or the contact form. 10. Changes We may revise this policy when features change or when required by law. Revised terms take effect when posted on the Site.
