How to use › Draw odds
Set deadline
See in a table the odds of having the cards you want by the end of each turn. Cards are used automatically in the priority order you set, so the calculation is light and you can try many settings.
How to use
- 1Choose “From game start” or “From board state”, and choose how far to look with “Turn 1 – up to turn n”
- 2Choose the cards to draw (the same way and with the same notes as Set steps)
- 3In the per-turn table, set whether to attach Energy, use an attack or play a Stadium each turn, and values such as the opponent's hand size
- 4In the “Priority list”, check the cards that may be used and set their order with “▲” / “▼”
- 5Press “Calculate odds” at the bottom of the screen
- From game start: All cards start in the deck, and the calculation starts from drawing the first 5 cards (always including a Basic Pokémon). The board placement is not used. On turn 1 you cannot evolve from the hand. If “Going first” is checked, no Energy is attached on turn 1.
- From board state: The current board in the panel is treated as the start of your turn (before the draw).
- In the table, “Total” is the odds of having the cards by the end of that turn, and “This turn” is the odds of getting them on that turn when you didn't have them before.
How cards are used
- On your turn, the following repeats until nothing more can be done: play a Stadium → put Basic Pokémon for the cards in the priority list (and the Pokémon needed to evolve into them) into play → evolve → use one usable card from the top of the priority list.
- Retreating (switching) and evolution Items are not used. Unchecked cards are not used, but they can still be drawn.
- Cards marked “Slightly less accurate odds” or “Much less accurate odds” cannot be calculated exactly as in the real game, so treat their odds as a guide (for example, the Energy needed for attacks is not checked, and Knock Outs cannot be predicted).
- After changing settings, press “Calculate odds” again.
